I'm a big girl!

Since I'm almost 1 year old, I wanted to show Mommy that I can do things by myself. I was hungry earlier, and Mom was busy putting away dishes, so I just knocked over the food cannister and helped myself. I don't understand why she got so mad, I was just trying to make her life easier!


Mom also didn't like it when I tried to help her clean up my newspaper mess. How was I supposed to know that I wasn't supposed to get inside the bag and make sure the newspaper didn't go anywhere? It seemed logical to me!

I'm so smart!

I haven't been able to post for a long time because my Mom and Dad went on vacation, and without the help of their opposable thumbs, I wasn't able to get the computers on to write! Don't worry, when they got back I did plenty of biting (after lots of snuggles) to let them know I was quite unhappy about it! And also unhappy because while they were gone, I turned 11 months old! I better get lots of presents from them when I turn a year old on June 15th to make up for it!!

Anyway, it's been really hot here the past few days, and I was so pleased with myself for discovering that the bathtub is a great place to lay in to keep cool!
